Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Decatur, Alabama
This full-time, 40 to 42 hour per week, position that performs most duties in a warehouse including forklift operation, cherry picker operation, reach truck operation, pallet jack operation, order picking, returns, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate will have at least TWO years warehouse experience and have experience in most of the mentioned operations. The work shift is generally Monday through Friday from 7AM until 3:30PM and with a half-hour for lunch. There is mandatory overtime during peak times of the year. The company offers major medical to full time hires who complete their 90 day probationary period. Part of the premiums of the major medical are company paid. Also offered, but 100% employee paid are: dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. The company pay cycle is weekly. There is a 401K retirement plan, which includes a company match, offered at the one year of employment mark. The hourly wage is depending on warehouse experience including equipment operation (forklift certification).
